In 1978 I began to get interested in bluegrass/folk style music. I took some lessons in fingerpicking, got involved with local musicians and slowly began to build some skills. These tracks bring back some fond memories and represent many of my favorite tunes.
I play jazz clarinet in the traditional New Orleans style jazz band, F. Scott Fedora. This band and I have been entertaining Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area in the finest Dixieland Jazz tradition. The tracks below are examples of the 6 piece jazz band, F. Scott Fedora.
These tracks are examples from the repertoire of bagpipe tunes I play. I'm
available for weddings, parties, Irish or Scottish events, funerals, memorial services, and any other event that would be that much better with a piper.
